Great stay! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I did buy cleaning spray and toilet paper, but this was EXACTLY what my kids and me needed. There are two queen beds, but the couch folds out into a full so there was room for all of us to have our own space. 10/10 recommend!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we will stay again so that should speak for itself. It's not perfect but it absolutely meets all our needs. It's very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is being updated as houses are being turned over and renovated but we felt completely safe. It's very quiet and peaceful. The location works very well for us to visit family in Lafayette and Opelousas. Beds are very comfortable. The full kitchen is decently stocked. Cabinets and drawers are original and homemade but functional. Local water is sulphury so we use bottled water for drinking. The tub/shower arrangement is not ideal due to the window location and the shower curtains puddle in the bottom of the tub. A/C works great! Parking area and access ways flood temporarily after a very heavy rain. Having a washer & dryer is wonderful! We met the owner this time and he was very nice. We rented it for 12 days this time, We'll be back!
